I think this is the oldest image on my site, shot on 5x4 film. This one was all about cutouts and alignment. The alignment was tricky as although the photographer had the cups secured on a stand they would move significantly every time the liquid was poured in which would also drip down over the cups. Cutting out all the various splash parts was also quite time consuming. The photographer was careful to keep the background the same throughout so we were able to cut blend and position all the parts together for this final splashy shot.
